Contributing guideIssues, branches, Conventional Commits, what every pull request needs, review and the licence of contributions.
Decisions and documentationWhen a change needs an ADR, the template used here, and why every significant change updates this site.
Writing docsHow this site is built: adding a page, the coverage check, generated pages, screenshots and links.
Code of conductThe Contributor Covenant 2.1, which applies in every project space.
Security policyHow to report a vulnerability privately and how disclosure works.
The short version
Section titled “The short version”- Open or pick an issue, and for anything non-trivial agree the scope there first.
- Plan larger work in
docs/plans/phase-N.md; the product owner approves the plan before implementation starts. - Branch as
phase-N/short-description, commit with Conventional Commits, one concern per commit, tests in the same commit. - Record every decision as an ADR and update this site in the same branch.
- Open the pull request, fill in the checklist and wait for green CI and a review.
The contributing guide, code of conduct and security policy pages are rendered from
CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and SECURITY.md at the repository root, so GitHub and
this site always show the same text. Edit those files, not the pages.
